Can you connect to one router using another one. If so How to do. Thanks

yes. connect LAN of first router to wan of second router. change ip address of second router. if first router is (example) 192.168.1.1. change second one
to (example) 192.168.2.1. This may not be the best way or recommended way of doing
it but it works for me.
