If it works, leave it alone.

You probably already saw this but the CPU and the HDD you selected have a combo deal for additional $15 off.

I'd get this ram instead Mushkin 4GB at 1.8V

If you're getting that motherboard and you don't really care about ram voltages, there's also a combo with the OCZ Reaper that's cheaper than the Ballistix. Link here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820227269

Ok thanks, Thats a pretty nice combo.. So you think the psu would be enough for the set up? And everything seems compatible? Sorry I'm a noob with this stuff..

If it works, leave it alone.

PSU that comes with that case should be fine handling everything.

And yes, everything's compatible.

Just a side tip. When you install the OS though, don't use the drivers that comes on the disc. Go DL the newest drivers available separately, if anything.

Ok thak you very much :) I noticed the memory you suggested is sli ready and others like mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 and the Crucial Ballistix 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 are not... What does that exactly mean.. SLI ready?

Also on the OCZ SLI-Ready Edition 4GB I was reading that you may have to change the timings and also to 2.1v.. Not really sure what that means..

If it works, leave it alone.

To answer your question. When you turn on your computer, you load into BIOS and manually change the timings and voltage of the RAM (it's simple and easy).

SLI ready is just a marketing thing (honestly, it has nothing to do with performance), so you can disregard it.

...no. Your CPU is at the end of its life cycle and is not that great. I'd recommend the Phenom X4. Very fast, and ISN'T an Athlon.
