I started getting this explorer pop-up a week ago. Has any one else been getting this or know what
might be going on?

GA-P35-DS3L, E6750, 2X2GB DDR 800, 250GB ES.2 Seagate, 550VX Corsair, 9600GT

Seems to only happen here at Toms. ???

I get it too. I think it's those annoying green underline links that Tom's gets paid for.

seems to be issues with ur browser, update all plugins java, flash and so on

Meh... use FireFox! (If you use Toms from work/office and don't have FireFox installed grab a USB drive and install FireFox Portable)
