_________

I'm a fan of Logan from the TigerDirect and CompUSA youtube vids, so I constructed my set based on his reviews and the reviews of others. I plan to overclock and take advantage of SLI by buying more 8800GT's in the future. I plan on getting 2 of those RAM sticks for a total of 4GB of RAM, and might get 2 more if I use Vista 64bit.

Is this intel / nvidia build okay?

the q6600 is good, but for some reason the new batch of chips dont overclock very well. the cpu cooler is junk though. i'd recommend this one:

ditch the hard drive cooler...the dont work very well...i have a couple laying around cuz they didnt help my temps at all. and the pci fan card is really up to you...i'd ditch it though.

the hard drive is good, but i'd personally just pay the extra 40 bucks and get the western digital 640gb drive. its pretty damn fast and you can find if for less than 100 dollars.

also, see if you can get a cheaper sli mobo and just get a q9450.
