Yes, this looks like a very good build. I would just suggest that you might want to wait on the GPU's. AMD should be releasing new HD 4XXX series cards shortly. Also Nvidia is releasing new cards, GTX 280/260. You would probably be ok with the stock HSF with the X4 9850BE, unless you plan to do any serious OCing. If you are going to OC the 9850 than I would recommend a third party HSF. Look at arctic cooling, OCZ, Zerotherm, Zalman etc. Also depending on your GPU selection, you may want to try and save some money, and down grade the wattage on that PSU. You'd likely be alright with like 750-850watts, though the amps on the 12v rail is the most important thing. When HardOCP tested a Apevia PSU it melted. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
