Thermaltake tsunami va3000bna,Thermaltake 850w modular power supply,Zalman 9700nt cpu fan,680isli a1 motherboard,kingston 2gb 667 c2 5300 memory,windows xp sp3,wd 250gb 7200 hard drive,pioneer dvd rom,Gateway fpd2185w monitor,evga 9800 gtx only one,Pentium d 945 3.4ghz.I haven't had any problems to date with playing games even have descent frames per second playing crisis.But friends keep telling me i should buy a quad core 6600 2.4ghz or a core 2 duo.

Get a quad instead of another dual core. If you're going to upgrade, make it a good one. :p

Q6600 with go stepping.Maxed out my processor once at 3.99 screen went blank.It's a shame my motherboard doesn't support yorkfield.I think also i have to change my memory.Thanks for the input.
