Just brought a HD3850 only to realize the box says requires a 450w PSU, Is that 100% accurate minimum or could i get away with using my Trust 370W Low Noise PSU?

More important than total watts, is the 12v rating. You could easily run an HD3850 on an earthwatts 380W PSU because it's combined 12v is 27 amps. Look on the label and see what the combined +12 volt rails max is in amps or watts. --------------- MSI P6N SLI Platinum, Q6600, 2GB Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC8000, SLI BFG 8800GT OC 512MB, SB X-Fi Fatality, Antec TruePower Trio 550W, Windows XP pro |

Ouch, 15 amp 12v isn't going to cut it given a mild loaded system. How many drivers you have? What the CPU? I feel pretty safe to say You will need a new PSU.
