So I heard the Enermax Galaxy 850W can't run SLI cards, with 1 it's ok. Is that true? Im looking for a good PSU anyone recommend?

Where did you hear that it cant? There seems to be 2 versions, one is an SLI version and the other a Crossfire. The only difference i can see is that the SLI one has 3x8pin connectors the Crossfire has 2x6pin. In any case you can still use the molex converters that come with the GPU's if you are short on power. It will supply more than enough on the 12v rail though

You may also think about looking at the PCP&C 750w model, or Corsair TX series

Yeah My friend has 3 8800 GTXs all hooked up with an Enermax 1000w, the 850w can do it too.
