Okay, I changed that little 3v Lithium cell battery in I believe my motherboard because I was having PC issues related to losing date and time. When I did this, I get error messages;

Reboot and select proper boot device........

and

No drive attached to Fast Track controller. The bios is not installed.

I did this last night;

Restart your system and boot into the BIOS.
Go to Advanced, Onboard Device's Configuration, Onboard Promise Controller and change the setting to disabled.
Press F10 and agree to save the changes and Exit.

I am still getting that top error message. I changed the boot sequence to the floppy, the 2 different drives and whatever the fourth choice was and none of those options seem to get me back online. I was hoping someone out there could help me with this issue. If you need any more info, let me know and I will get it for you. My PC config is below. Thank you in advance for all help offered.

Press delete while you are booting up every 10 secs. Set all the options you can. You want to boot from the 80 GB hard disk: WDC...
The Promise controller is for RAID. Disable RAID. See here for more help understanding your options:

Okay, thank you for that tip. I actually have two more drives that aren't showing up on that list that were added later. I have an 80 GB that is "Operational", a 500 GB that is for media and another 80GB that is for personal items. Does it matter what 2 and 3 sequence is?

No, the only sequence that is important is the boot drive. You can set to boot from CD-Rom and floppy for 2 and 3.
