I have that chip, not the B.E and i was able to O'C it @ 3028 MHZ... this is as far as I could go.
My mobo which is im worried about is ASUS M2N-MX se Plus with chipset Nvidia 6100
I was able to hit this speed by nTune because I don't have an option in the bios to set my HT multiplier to 4. I set it to 4 and put the FSB to 233.
Question is, did I make it right? Since no voltage up was involve, is it ok for my motherboard having 233 FSB? or is it the processor actually that will be burned just in case. My idle temp is 38deg and my PRIME 95 torture test is 55deg, and im sure @ noon since I don't have AC will hit around 62deg. I want to squeeze it because of my 4850.
