Hello, Computer (vista) says : windows has recovered frm unexpected shut down. Search for solution on line? When I do it says Kaspersky is the problem. I don't have kasp. anywhere on the computer. Solution for shutdowns?

Check Event Viewer for errors during time of shut down ?
Was Kapersky ever installed on your system and later removed by another user ? If so, check in startup to see what is being loaded.
