hi i have lost all of the factory setting on my acer aspire 5551 can you help me to get all of these back on please?

If it has a restore partition on the drive (when you boot up the computer will say "hit blah key to restore" ) you can go though that method. Aside form that, you need to contact Acer and get a new restore disk set sent over. I'm sure they'll charge you, usually 10-30.
