Hello,
I can not hear any sound through my external speakers. I can hear through my headphones only. I installed an interface hardware divice and I can not hear them.

Uninstall whatever that device is and see what happens.

Firstly, if you recently installed a sound card, which i assume you have, you need to go into the bios and disable the onboard audio, realtek ac97, soundmax or something like that. and you might need to install driver for your sound card or onboard audio,

Thanks everyone for your responses. The problem has been resolved it was the driver that needed to be updated for the interface device. Everything is working fine now.
