I did a google search to find the driver which lead me to dells support site. I downloaded the flash program to install the driver but when I run it it says there is no drive found. In the device manager, the drive is there but not functioning. Heres the status message: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39). I have tried to do a driver search and it doesnt return anything either. what else should I do?
