Use my 2 320GB Seagate Barracudas and set them in RAID 0 as my Booting / Gaming Hard Drives and use the 1 TB as Storage?

Use my new 1TB Samsung HD which is supposedly really fast because it has an insanely large areal density as my Booting / Gaming Hard Drives and leave the two 320 GB's as Storage
