More Information

I bought the lite on DH-401S bluray Rom yesterday, and had some issues playing content using PowerDVD Bluray edition. I had intalled the software updated it to 7.3, did a firmware update on the drive itself, put in a Bought copy of Good Luck Chuck and nothing happened. I waited a couple of minutes and went into the task manager PowerDVD had stopped responding. I quit the program and tried several more times and it happened again, sometimes it gave me a black screen. So I try Casino Royale and within 30 seconds it it playing. Then I went to a video rental store and rented a copy of Good Luck Chuck and had the same results of either Power DVD not responding or a black screen

So my question is to other members that have this drive and software package if they have similar issues or am I unlucky. My worry is that I'd hate to buy Blu rays and only have some of them work. Is their something I have to do to make movies work, has some sort of unwanted software been installed with my knowledge that is preventing 100% playability? Someone please help I want my HD. This is my system if it helps:
