I'm working on a website for the company I work for but I can't seem to figure out where to upload it to and no one seems to know here, as the IT guy who set it up has since left the company. Anyone know a way to figure out what it is?

Does the company know if they are hosting the website internally or if they are paying for external hosting services? Someone who handles accounting might be able to tell you if they are paying for those services. If so hopefully the login information was recorded somewhere otherwise you are going to get to make some fun phone calls to try and get the login info from the hosting company.
You will want to get details about FTP settings from the hosting service.
