It's not supported for Windows 7, why not try to install it and see what happens?

You can try either running it in Windows XP compatibility mode or install Windows XP on a separate hardrive partition. You will have re-install Freehand on the XP parition. When you re-boot you will have a choice to start XP or Win 7.
