Problem with fraps recording 3D

Alright, can't figure this problem out, searched all over the internet, can't find any fix's so I thought i'd post it here and see if anyone can help me.
I am having trouble getting fraps to record 3d properly. Right screen records fine, fraps normally works fine, but left side lags when recording. Thought it might be my video player, so I upped a full fraps video on youtube to see if it would play, but its messed up on youtube too, so It's got to be something either with my hardware, or fraps messing up for some reason. Anyways, here is the video I uploaded. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Want to upload some 3d video's of Skyrim, but i'm having this problem in all my games I try. Running latest ver. of fraps.

2 liquid cooled Nvidia Gtx 480's in SLI
H.D. = Hitatchi 1TB 7200
2nd H.D. = Seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200
