What antivirus protection peogram uses the least amount of cpu usage?Im a gamer and always want peak performance and like with norton i always had to disable it and got annoying. Thanks

I don't notice any slowdowns with avast, but I'm running with 8 gig of ram, so that may help.

Go with Avast. The free version comes with a built in silent/gaming mode.
