( Emp if your reading this, yes this is the system you recommended. I couldnt wait a month :D )

Hi Guys,

Well I put together my first PC and now am in BIOS. Everything seems to be alright, the only problem is it takes some time for the video (mointor) to show the logo screen / Post screen. Around 30 seconds to minute.

I set the boot sequence to DVD-ROM first for the XP CD. Could you guys please check to see if everything is ok?

For the RAM I did:
==============================
Voltage +.30v = 2.1v
Cas Latency Control = 5T
RAS to CAS delay = 5T
Min RAS Active timing = 12T
Row Precharge Timing = 5T
Row Cycle Time = 17T (from 23T) I added 12T+5T

Finally,

Why am I getting this? If I click DEL to go into CMOS and save/exit and restart it loads fine. Seems like if I unplug the PC from the power outlet and restart this show up...

"Warning! Now System is in Safe Mode.
Please re-setting CPU Frequency in teh CMOS setup"

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
