I saw an ad for the ASUS EEE laptop which should be released soon. What do you think about it? Not for gaming obviously just for surfing and minor stuff.

i wouldn't get it, on an assumption that the battery life would be horrid. also, i have big hands and hate small keys.

Notebooks in Taiwan like to go small.....aimed at females
But then they find the screen resolution is not high enough to fit a complete web page and they gotta scroll right to see everything.
Or the sesolution is high enough but the screen is too small and therefore, the letters appear small thus making it hard to see.

Anyway.......a reasonable laptop size should be 13.1 ~ 15 as far as viewing goes.

Unless you can find unique purposes for these extra tiny screens + laptop capabilities.....but then, how much would you want to fork out for that insignificant function?
