[Solved] Sub-Forum for 'buntu users
Forum Linux/Free BSD : General Discussion [Solved] Sub-Forum for 'buntu users
With this "Ask the Community" posting I contend that the time is ripe for a Sub-Forum solely for the 'buntu users and their fans; instituting said Sub-Forum will facilitate help to those choosing this increasingly-popular distribution as their linux of choice,Message freeing those choosing other less commercial linux distros from having to view what has become a redundancy that is both unappealing and distracting to "old-school" linux users and that also detracts from the total Tom's Hardware Forums, Linux/Free BSD Forum experience. Further input and/or a second is respectfully requested.]

There may be good reasons for subdividing the forum, and it has been suggested in the past. Snobbery about a particular distro is not (IMO) one of those good reasons.
I think subdivision is a good option when the traffic is heavy, in this specific case there is no much activity on the forum, seeing the new topics/comments takes a few seconds, also many hardware related problems affect most distros, is been a few times when a solution in one distro had helped me to solve it in another.
