Wont give me express gate

I have a I7 asus, laptop, bought it at best buy, this thing is supposed to be top of the line for home applications go's, everything works EXCEPT i cant get it to go to EXPRESS GATE< the worthless literature, i would like to know what to do, i called up geek twits, they don't know anymore then my 98 year old grandma playing kick the can, has anyone had this problem and could lead me to the right direction, if not, i will take it back to best buy, and throw it through a 60" led big screen lolollol

So what happens? Do you get an error message when you try to boot it? If so what is the error message. Which model of Asus laptop is it?
