vista sp1, fully updated, i tried changing the icons of my recycle bin, but i decided i didn't like it, so i pressed to go back to default which it did
 
but when my recycle bin is empty, and then i delete somthing the icon on the desktop won't change by itseelf until i do a manual desktop refrash(it use to change by its self right away) and the same happens when i empty it
 
can any one help me? even somtimes desktop icons that are deleted won't go away until a manual desktop refrash.
 
please help me!
