Alright, this is a longish story, so bear with me.

try to find a recent copy of directx and reinstall it. Dont try to uninstall the current version. I dont think it can be done anyway, Just try to reinstall and it will over write the existing files and make any registry changes that may be needed.

That's worth a shot, I guess. Since Posting this yesterday, I've run a full pass of memtest86, and updated my nforce4 chipset drivers too. Not yielding any results I also discovered the bluescreen is caused by nv4_disp.dll Message edited by WarKirby on 06-08-2008 at 02:59:23 AM |
