I can't install usb flash drive and usb MS wireless notebook optical mouse 3000,

when I try the message says thst the drivers can't be loaded and to contact mfg.

I have tried that and more can anyone help?

lenovo r61 thinkpad with vista sp1.

I think you'll need to download the Vista drivers for your laptop to a disk on another computer, and install the drivers on the laptop.

The notebook crashed and now it says , my vista is not genuine, did an internet activation, doesn't work.

Contacted lenovo and the end result is since it's still under waranty they are sending me a box to return it for repair.
