Just want to get your guys opinion about running Windows Vista on my rig

BioStar p4m90-M4
478 Prescott @ 3GHZ 1MB
2GB DDR2 667
Nvidia 9600gt PCI-E

I have been running games on this rig primarily and been thing about updating from XP to vista. Just want to get some opinions on if i would just cripple my gaming performance or just see a slow down. I have play every on this from Assasian's Creed, Crysis, Mass Effect, CnC3, WoW all the way back to the Baldurs Gate II.

Vista is good for a modern pc. That's not modern to me. At least a Core 2 cpu.
