I disabled the user account control months ago to get rid of this problem.  Now it's back.  The enable user account control box is unchecked and I still get it.  WTF!  Any help would be appreciated before I throw this vista box into a wall.

(1) Buy a Book teaching how to use Vista
(2) Read it

(1) buy a book about not being an *******,
(2) shove it up your ass
