Originally I was able to burn CD's, DVD's using roxio and DVDfab. For some reason Windows 2003 server decided to stop that function. Normally if I would place blank media in the drive, windows would open the blank media. That does not work any more. If I attempt to open the dvd drive containing blank media, I get the message "unable to open media". If place the installation dvd or cd in the same drive, it opens it up.

I have windows 2003 with service pack 2 and all of the updateds are current.
HELP!
