Ms word 2003 crashes only one user on terminal server 2000

We have Citrix MPS4.0 running on top of Terminal Server on a Win2kAdv Server. Installed on this server is MS Office Pro 2003. Recently, one user complained that, upon launching MS Word, the app would immediately crash, prompting the user to launch Word in Safe Mode and select the Detect & Repair option from the Help menu. Of course, the "Detect & Repair option cannot run on a Terminal Server" message is displayed. No other users are reporting any issues with any component of MS Office. How do I fix this, outside of creating a new user profile, transferring documents to the new user account and adding the user to the appropriate groups in AD? Does anyone have any ideas?
