we are using the win2000 server as Ftp server. while uploading the files to server.it is saying that "connection with server was reset" . kindly give me the solution for this.

Are you actually using Windows 2000 SERVER, or a just the PRO version? The Pro version is limited to 10 concurrent connections.

Are your clients behind a firewall? You may need to enable passive FTP transfers.
