Here's an example of what I did. I opened the mic setting and disabled it because it was echoing but now I can't even find it in the options because I clicked what's in picture 2 (disable device). How do I get it back to enable it?

here is the solution to your problem open sounds from control panel go to recording tab right click click show disabled devices enable the mic again
