Hello,
can i upgrade and increase memory and hard
it has windows ME and something 64MB

Maybe. You must look for the specs on the computer to see what type of memory it takes and what the max is. And for the hard drive you will need to determine how large a hard drive is supported by the BIOS.

I would not spend any money upgrading something that came with 64mb of RAM. You can get a decent used P4 with a gig or more of RAM for a $100 or less.
