should i worry about it, it's registering all 8gb of my ram. show's 1600ram on my GPU, which is the onboard ATI4250

I just want all my ram to be used is the idea here

There is no 64 bit version of ME, it will see a max of about 3 gig of RAM. Your video card has no bearing on the system RAM, it's totally different.
