My Epson Stylus NX220 is printing only the blue colours even though all the ink cartridges have not expended. :(

Reseat them. Make sure things are not clogged or dirty. You can try to do a cleaning pass using the printer software. That printer has 4 different ink cartridges, even if one is out it will print wrong colors, you don't want to wait for "all" of them to get used up, it's not like there are 4 of the same thing in there, they are all for different colors.
