my computer has 1 hdd but nw wen i power it on it only reads the memory and stops there, so i tried changing the power cables but stil it doesnt see my hard disk, and i have connected the jumper on "master driver" this all happened after i cleaned viruses on my pc

No 3rd grader should have their own computer. Tell your dad it's all messed up and let him fix it.
