Well it is going to be hard to explain it in words so I figured the video below would help. It seems whenever I try to use a drop down list in Windows Explorer (this doesn't happen with drop down lists on the internet) it just refuses to let me select things. This happens whenever I try to save something using "Save As..." in programs such as Paint.

The weird thing is that this doesn't happen when I try to save stuff in Word. No idea why...this is a pretty unique problem it seems as a google search yielded nothing

Have you tried updating the mouse driver? Possible Windows got corrupted, you could try a Repair off the Windows CD.

i solved it..for some reason CoreTemp Beta was causing it..weird O.o
