While I'm used to reading 2-3 pro-Intel (stock) articles in the news everyday for a couple of years now (since I started following stock news more closely), lately the drumbeat has intensified to a stupefying drumbeat of pro Intel articles that astound even jaded me. It's like 4-5 pro Intel articles a day lately.

I don't think any other company in the world even comes close to this level of media blitz, say on a month basis, for instance. Probably not even by a factor of 3.

It's really something, and I've never seen the like.

I've been holding my Intel stock a good while now, years, and it's all fine with me.

I'm wondering to myself, will this blitz of let's-go-Intel! pay off for all the varied holders (vested interests behind the blitz)?

Probably no company in the world has so many writers hoping to push up it's stock price for so long and so intensely, and most all of them will be doing that of course since they personally own the stock.

We all love computers, and the writers are no different, and they are thinking, by golly, if my stock won't go up now, then I'll just fart a bear, lol.

Let's Go Intel!!

Until IBAMD gets out kick-ass products to the lower and mid-range, Intel is top dog. Blame that IBAMTI for not getting off their ass quick enough.

To be fair, when Core2 came out, I was as skeptical about the numbers as anyone. AMD was top for so long, how could Intel chips clearly lead the pack? Sucks to be AMD. I figure four years before they start to come out as a clear leader again like they started too four years ago.
