Trying to network a Windows NT4 Enterprise Server.

I have an Intel 82557 based PCI Network card, 10/100 adapter. This setup works fine with every other OS i've tried. Now, i've limited experience of NT in general, but when I installed the OS, it seemed happy with the network card. When you then conduct the networking tests, it performs the first batch of tests fine, I/O etc

The second part then tell's me that the cable is not plugged in, when it clearly is (i've checked this a few times)

So, i'm not sure if there's a software error, or incompitable networking equipment for NT4 - I didn't think so either!
