i came across this software on ebay one day link what is it exactly? the closest thing i found to it is the ultimate boot cd but it seems to me that they just got some free software off of the internet, put it on a cd and charge people for it. does anyone know anything about this?

I'd agree with edklite. Quite possibly they based it of UBD. I'd say google and you will find better tools and more up to date versions of the software for free.

These stuff are easy to make or easy to download - whatever be your choice.

People who buy such CDs are most likely not to use them - logic would say:
people who think they have the knowledge to format/fix windows will most probably know where to find all the free tools to do so.
