More Information

:?: There are a few things I don't understand about PictureProject, & was hoping someone can clear things up for me.

1: When I use either the Import icon, File>Import or File>Import Assistant; My Documents/Wallpapers folder is ALWAYS automatically looked into first, even when I choose Clear List under the Import Assistant, Wallpapers is AWLAYS the fist choice. I would rather the Desktop be the first choice. I do not find any settings in PictureProject to do this, is there a setting in the register to change this behavior?

2: Once I do find the pic I want, it seems that if I just Rotate or Crop it (nothing else, no touch-ups at all) the pic looses some quality. I know Rotating or Cropping will change the size, but the quality shouldn't change; should it? When I look at the pics File Properties, the Size & Size On Disk goes up & the pic itself looks a little worse than before Rotating or Cropping it.

3: When I Export the edited pic, I do not check Change File Names or Resize & always leave the Quality slider in the middle (this may have an affect on #2 above, does it?). I understand the pic I used to edit will be overwritten, but why is it that a second copy (usually named the same w/an _1 after it) is made?

4: And every now & then I will find a new folder named PictureProject in My Documents/Wallpapers folder, although not very important; but how do I stop this from happening if I want to?
