Please Help

I have a google ( gmail) e-mail account...due to so many passwords at work / home ect , I have forgot my password and don't want to lose my account ...I was told that there is a temp folder or a hidden folder in windows or something like that , that can help me crack my account through remembering my password.

I have tried password recovery and other programs to no avail.

Does anyone out there know how can hack my account using windows.

Ps. my " remember my password" in my options in explorer is turned off
