Thread : "Memory Could Not Be Read" Error

More Information

We have about six W2K Pro PCs running as servers running applications for our radiology software, RadPlus. The PCs are HP business desktops, identical hardware and setup. These servers all get an identical memory read error:

Quote :

The instruction at "0x10c8f196" referenced memory at "0x0000224c." The memory could not be "read." Click ok to terminate the the program

Title bar says "radplus.exe - Application Error"

As I said, we get the exact error message across all of the servers, including the memory locations in the error message. So I have deduced from this that this can't be a random memory error from bad modules. I personally don't think running memtest will find any problems with them, nor can I do so because these are live systems.

So basically I'm looking for ideas of what to check to figure out the source of this problem. There has to be a common cause for this problem since it is identical in all the servers.

I have checked the event viewer on all servers and they all have these 4 reoccuring errors:

Quote :

Application Log
Event 2004 - Unable to open the server service. Server performance data will not be returned. Error code returned is in data DWORD 0.

Event 1000 - Windows can not unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator. Detail - Access is denied, buildnumber (2195)

System Log
Event 5788 - Attempt to update Host Service Principal Names (SPNs) of the computer object in Active Directory failed. The updated values were 'Host/theserver.ourdomain' and 'host/theserver' The following error occurred: Access is denied

Event 5789 - Attempt to update DNS Host Name of the computer object in Active Directory failed. The updated value was 'theserver.ourdoamin' The following error occurred: Access is denied

I have researched these errors and I can't see any connection. I have also followed the steps suggested my Microsoft to fix the errors in the system log (it didn't work, but I am not concerned about these errors right now).

So does anyone have any suggestions on what to look for? I'm not asking anyone to solve this, I'm just looking for some ideas. Has anyone successfully fixed a problem like this?

The problem is essentially that these error messages pop up constantly. If the server sits for awhile, there will be dozens of these errors on the screen. Maybe someone knows how to hide them. As far as we can tell, our applications run fine, regardless.

Thanks!
