Hi Everyone,

New person here in need of some help or advice, so if this is the wrong place appologise

Finished a new build and having problems with it.

system is as follows

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 AM2

Kingston ValueRAM 2x1GB

Asustek AM2 Via K8T890 ATX Audio Lan Dual DDR2 SATA

PNY Geforece 7 series 7600 GT 256MB

600W PSU

When i boot it up I don't get any signal to the monitor, the keyboard lights flash on so i think thats getting power, the mobo light is on and all the fans are running.

I have tried booting it up with a single stick of ram in different dimm ports

Beeps without any RAM

Taken it out of the case and had no joy with that

Tried a different CPU and this has done nothing different

Any advice would be a great help

I just ran into this with a new build and just RMA it. newegg was out of the board so I took a refund and got a different board. Depending on where you got the board and their exchange/refund policy you can always send it to the mfg.

Does the monitor say "no signal"? Got anything to try and swap like a different monitor or different system?
