Some thoughts:

Im going to be using Vista business on it, any incompatibility issues with any of my components? Im holding off getting a sound card for a bit until the drivers are up to scratch because i heard lots of problems with X-Fi's and Vista.

Will the 320MB version 8800GTS be enough for the 24" monitors resolution? And will it fit in the case?

I think the power supply should be enough, and ive read lots of good reviews about it. Any reason to change it? Bear in mind i intend to do a moderate overclock on the 6300.

Im using vista business because i can get it for free. However, id like to watch TV on it, any recommendations for software?

Thanks in advance for any help.

That is a great PSU, The video card will fit because it is 8.75" and the case supports 12" x 9.6" motherboards. As far as the GTS handling the 24" monitor, and video software for your TV-Tuner I have no clue.

So far, it looks good. should be a good system.

I would ask you to check out snapstream.com. I bought a card and software from them after a lot of checking around. Beyond TV will do everything I need, and it sounds easy to use. They were updating for Vista last time I looked so check them out.

Gotta give props to Gigabyte for providing Vista drivers. Beta drivers were out before Vista.
