I bought the Axim without the GPS but a friend of
mine is interested in the GPS package that they do.

However they have no put the prices up and we're
looking at how much it would be as seperates, but
we have no idea (and Dell reply to no mails!) about
which GPS system they bundle.

Anyone here get one and can tell me the make of the
receiver and which software it came with?

Many thanks,

Dunno about the Dell bundle, but you can buy the car cradle from Siedo
(G2500?) and Tomtom 3 with either a wired or bluetooth satellite receiver.
You'll need at least a 128 MB SD or CF memory card for a UK map.

Dell usually use the Intellinav GPS Software package aka Deluo Routis and
bundle the Fortuna ClipOn Bluetooth GPS Receiver. Both have been reviewed
by us. The GPS is one of the best but there are better software packages
than Intellinav.

I recently bought the Axim X3 with the GPS package but the gps bit somehow
got missed off the shipment. took ages to sort out! The kit when it arrived
is the genuine tom tom wired package with hard holster and psu for in car
use - very good it is too.
Cheers
