I am searching for a new MB to go with Intel D 930 or 940 CPU. I am upgrading from a P4 2.8E Prescott and ASUS P4C800 Deluxe. I do a lot of multitasking, Digital Photography with Nikon RAW files and Digital video and am getting tired of the application hanging or taking a long time to sort file libraries. I use 1 GB of memory and have tried 2GB with no added performance hence my desire to go Dual Core. I want to keep my ASUS NVidia 6800 Graphics Card that had 512MB of memory and an AGP 8x interface. Suggestions???

the Asus P5P800SE should be perfect. I should note that you may need to flash the BIOS before being able to use the 930 or 940.

One more to add to your list: Asrock 775i65G, if in case you would like or need a MicroATX design. A later revision of this board will support Conroe as well.
