if the bluetooth is turned on i try to get in my bluetooth manager
i get an error(the bluetooth radio failed to turn ON due to insufficent
driver memory available.you must a normal reset before you can turn ON the
bluetooth radio)
i have a ipaq 5550

Have you tried a soft reset and using Bluetooth immediately after that?
Perhaps you should check what programs are running, because this error
(sometimes) really indicates that: insuficient memory availabe.

This is due to the dynamic memory behaviour of the pocketpc. When you
have (too) much memory allocated for the internal drive, there might
be insufficient for the memory itself.
But, when there should be enough memory, the slider of the dynamic
thingie still reserves extra memory for the drive, leaving the device
in short for normal memory.
You need some program that forces the dynamic memory to be as large as
possible, at the cost of the drive. No, I do not know of such a
program.

no, that will be of no use. Yes, it might help, but within a couple of
weeks he gets the same. And there is a risk of not getting the device
to work properly after a complete restore (I can know, since mine
doesn't do it anymore)

Which can be a valid point. At some stage a program was introduced that
either cause a memory leak or demands to much resources to run. He can reset
and install one program at a time and try to isolate which one is causing
the undesired behavior.

I had the same problem
the solution for me was easy
just turn on yr PDA and wait for at least 3 minutes ( stabilisation of the system start) before starting the BT manager
succes
