Is there anyway to update the browser in my pocket pc
ipaq 3950 running OS ver.windows CE 3.0 Rom ver. 1.11.00.
Certain content on the web won't work or it tells me to
update. Thanks............

You can't update Pocket Internet Explorer, but you might want to
try Netfront Access as an alternative (which you can find at
http://www.handango.com).

It depends on what content you are trying to access. It could very well be that you need a browser plug-in such as Shockwave Flash or Adobe, which might be what the error message is about.
